In our college the competition started at 2PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle combined with physical activity, your diet can help to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases and promote overall health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miss Vidhya and Miss Bersheba have arranged a Nutritional program for 2<sup>nd<\/sup> semester students and distributed the topics. The competition was judged by our college Principal Mrs. Senthamarai Rani and our Vice-Principal Mr. Arun Angadi. Some questions were asked by our judges regarding diet and students were able to answer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prizes were distributed by the Principal ma\u2019am and Vice-Principal sir. At last vote of thanks was given by Miss Vidhya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
